ODG and Grain Processing

Grain processing encompasses a large arena of food related processing.  ODG produces antifoams and defoamers for the corn milling, soybean, and other grain processing applications.  Our products provide superior performance without imparting off flavors and odors. 

For wet corn milling, our defoamers show great performance in starch/gluten washing applications.  Our products control foam without negatively effecting Baume.

ODG manufactures multiple products for foam control in grain based protein processing.  The foam produced in isolated and concentrated soy protein processes is especially persistent.  Our products show strong foam knock down and suppression even in the presence of wide pH swings.  We also have products for isolated and concentrated wheat protein processing.    

ODG makes defoamers formulated for soy, rice and other grain based milks and other beverages.  Our defoamers conform to the CFR for food processing and are Kosher.
